The Passion of the Cross

Before Christ was crucified on the cross, the cross used to be an ugly sign — sinful and death symbol; however because Jesus LOVES us all so much, he paid all of our sins on the heavy cross, after 3 days through the death and resurrection of Christ, that death is swallowed up in victory, and the cross became the meaning of PEACE and LOVE symbol.

As we begin this day, I ask for your guidance.
With your divine hand, inspire, lead and give me wisdom.
May your grace be ever present in this healing place.
Bless us, as we gather to help those in need, let us remember your hope is close at hand.
We ask for your strength and that your Spirit assists us to make good decisions.
Jesus, teach us to give our best, to speak with love and act with courage.
May we be good stewards of your sacrifice and all the gifts you have given this day.
